Pre Purchase Inspections
As per Home Inspectors Association of B.C Scope of Inspection we will visually inspect the exterior and interior surfaces of the home as well as assess the main systems and structure for condition and function.
New Home Warranty Inspections
As all newer homes in B.C. have a New Home Warranty that covers the home and its systems for certain timelines it is recommended that theses systems be inspected for warranty deficiencies before the expiration period.
Course of Construction Inspections
If you are having a house built you might not know that the Municipal Building Inspectors may only be onsite for less that 10 hours during the complete build period. The CCI will be there for all the major systems before they are covered by drywall or exterior finishes.

We Notice the Little Things
As a licensed Home Inspector my job is to visually inspect the home and systems. I then report on those systems that are not performing as designed,
aging prematurely or past their normal life expectancy as well as the general condition of the home.

Walter provided us with a very comprehensive package for our home inspection. He spent hours looking through the house both inside and out on the hottest day on record. After he completed his inspection we walked through the property as he pointed out everything he saw worth noting. He gave insights and ideas on what to look out for and how to fix certain issues. His report included pictures for us to review which helped us decide on certain addendums for the sellers. We knew what to fix immediately upon transfer and what could wait to be fixed. Overall we are very happy with the professionalism and courtesy that Walter provided us.
